Spray Foam Removal in Somerton, Somerset

Our Client had open cell spray foam installed some years ago, negligently by a well known insualtion company and was causing high moisture in the rafters.

We helped this client by first of all removing her old fibreglass, which was over 30 years old.

We then got to work removing the spray foam from the rafters by hand.

Once all the spray foam was removed, we treated the rafters with rafter treatment.

We then got to work laying new rockwool at a depth of 300mm on her floor to ensure the client had a substantial amount of insulation to keep the home warm and their energy bills down.

All waste was disposed of, and we left the client able to sell the house with no mortgage issues and a certificate for the foam removal.
